VDEh rocks! Steel Institute VDEh as sponsor at "Aachener Sommerhüttenfest"
The SHF takes place every year (with the exception of the Corona years) in the summer and over the course of the evening, approximately 600 students, primarily from the engineering sciences, attend. Traditionally, the SHF takes place in the courtyard of the Naumann Institutes at Intzestraße 1-5. In addition to cheap freshly tapped beer, visitors can expect bands from the region on the SHF stage. Once the bands have finished playing, the party can go on until well into the morning.
When the Materials Science and Engineering department of RWTH Aachen University asked for a sponsorship contribution, we were of course happy to oblige.
